Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. was the mechanical engineer on this project involving the complete renovation of approximately 28,000 SF on the 3rd floor of the Learning Resource Center, which was constructed in 1968-1969. This space had been used as classrooms and instruction laboratories most recently. All existing mechanical & plumbing systems were replaced, maintaining chilled water & hot water service from the Central Plant to the other two occupied floors in the building while renovations were under construction. Total Project Cost approx. $3M.
