Provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection system design services for this new educational facility that resulted from a partnership between Jackson County (AL) School District and the Jackson County Economic Development Authority. The building incorporates 70,000 SF of new construction into an existing 66,000 SF speculative building on 33 acres of land to provide offices for the Jackson County Board of Education, classrooms, shops, and laboratories for hands-on vocational instruction. A 750-seat auditorium for performing arts and community activities was also included.
