Provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering services for a new 10,700 SF brewery in Hoover, AL. The brewery includes a main tap room, a production area, a retail area, cold and dry storage, screen printing area, office space and a large outdoor gathering area with a detached outdoor bar. Compressed air, tempered water and glycol supply and return process piping for brewing was also included in the design.
