As the Prime Consultant, provided Project Management and Mechanical engineering design services at this 8,500 seat multi-purpose facility for the installation of replacement mechanical system, including (2) 455-ton water-cooled chillers, (2) 1365 GPM cooling towers with Variable Frequency Drives for tower fan motors, (1) 7½ Hp duplex control air compressor, (2) Chilled Water Pumps and (2) Condenser Water Pumps. Retained the services of Architect, Structural and Electrical engineers as subconsultants. Construction budget $1.3 million.
