Prime consultant for the replacement of existing steam boilers with 4–13,800 lb/hr 200-psi steam boilers. Construction was phased so that at least two boilers were available for use at all times. Scope of work also included installation of all new ancillary system components including deaerator, boiler feed pumps, water softener system, condensate storage pumps, chemical treatment system, and new automation/boiler management/boiler monitoring system. Construction cost approximately $6 million.
