Renovation of and Addition to the existing OR suites at DCH Regional Medical Center. Included in the scope were 13 operating rooms, sub sterile spaces, staff support areas, and recovery areas. The project also included new energy infrastructure including additional chilled water-cooling capacity, a dedicated chiller to operate on emergency power, and a dehumidification air handling unit to provide a low humidity environment in the operating rooms.
