Provided M/P/FP engineering services for replacement of HVAC system, including four air handling units for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors and converted these AHU’s from multizone units to VAV units with terminal reheat. Provided electrical design services through subconsultant for new power wiring for new HVAC system components and new lighting fixtures.
