Provided Project Management and Mechanical Engineering services as the Prime Consultant for replacement of existing mechanical system in this 24,000 SF two-story office building. Pinnacle retained Architect, Electrical and Structural Engineers as subconsultants. This project was designed using a Variable Refrigerant Flow system, the first of its type on the UAB campus. The building was maintained as an occupied facility during the installation of the replacement equipment. Total construction cost of $1M.
