In 1996 through 1998, members of Pinnacle Engineering’s current staff were part of the design team at another consulting engineering firm for the original design and construction of the HealthSouth Corporate Headquarters and Conference Center. Twenty-three years later, these same engineers were involved in the renovations of this property for the campus of Highlands College. The five-story, 258,000 SF office building was redesigned to provide a sustainable, engaging facility that connects students and faculty with their environment. The adjoining 116,000 SF former Grandview Conference Center is already being utilized as the campus for the Church of the Highlands’ Grandview campus. Total M/P/FP construction cost for these renovations was $2,722,276
