Four-story research facility for support of College of Medicine; 48 high-tech laboratories, including a BSL Level III laboratory for the study of infectious diseases caused by airborne pathogens, cadaver storage containers, continual exhaust hood, biosafety cabinets; $48 million construction budget.

Administration Building: Provided Mechanical and Plumbing engineering services for removal of existing 600-ton chiller/cooling tower and replacement with two 300-ton chillers and cooling towers. Chillers and cooling towers were located in penthouse on the fourteenth floor. Changeover was accomplished
during Christmas Holiday without disruption to normal building operations.
