Plant includes process water loop, argon gas system, 6-Bar and 12-Bar air compressor system, E-coat

45,000 square foot addition to an existing automotive plant.

Plant provides axle components and assemblies for Mercedes.
  
Provided design for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.

Schlumberger Oil Field Services Facility – Conway,
Arkansas

Provided mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design services for new construction and renovation of an existing facility.  Project included the following:

 

  • New lab facility for Schlumberger Oil Field Services.
  • High Pressure / High Temperature lab for concrete mixing analysis.
  • Additional vehicle maintenance areas for drilling trucks and equipment.

 

Ogihara Stamping Plant

Birmingham, Alabama



150,000 square foot addition of a new press bay and new assembly bay.

 

A new centrifugal water-cooled compressor system was designed to handle the additional compressed air requirements due to expansion on new press and assembly bay.

 

Renovation to main offices and conference expansion

Schlumberger Renovation

Denton, Texas

The project involves the renovation and fitout of an existing 150,000 SF facility.  The building will include:

 

  • 10,000 SF Office and Locker Space.
  • 140,000 SF Maintenance and Work Areas.
  • 10,000 SF Tool and Warehouse Bay.
  • 2 Truck Wash Bays
  • The Pressure Test Bay, Truck Wash Bay, and Maintenance Bays will be heated and ventilated only, not air-conditioned.

          Offices will be fully air-conditioned.
