Provided mechanical engineering services for replacement of existing boiler plant controls. Boiler plant consisted of 2 – 80,000 lb/hr dual fuel steam boilers with forced draft fans, feed water systems, water softener system, and 2 – 30,000 gallon in-ground fuel oil storage tanks. Automation / boiler management / boiler monitoring system was PLC based.



Prime consultant for addition of one 300-ton centrifugal chiller, cooling tower, chilled water and condenser water pumps.
